For some reason I can't respond to top comments and every comment is "top." Is it a Froment uilleann set? I don't think so. I have a Froment chanter from the same year as Eric Reigler's who played it for "Braveheart" and "Titanic" and the imitation ivory on the chanter and windcap [metal top of the melody pipe] are a different shapes. But I could be far out of date.
