True. We had the expert from the yard come take a look and do an assessment just to be sure. The previous owners had the AC strainer located directly over these bolts so every time they cleaned it salt water dumped right on the bolts. We moved things around so that no longer happens. You can clean until it looks brand new. The only thing that really matter though is what it looks like under the nut and washer.
