    Alhamdulillah, you are in a safe zone. Avoid refined carbohydrates (all bakery items), potatoes, and sugar. Walk for minutes equal to your age (in years) in the morning and evening. You will feel very active.

      I am also a Diabetic,Since i left eating chapati,Chawal and red meat,My sugar is under control......I eat,Fish,Chicken,Fresh Fruits,Salad and Vegetables only,If i need fats,Fresh Butter is the best natural fat.......

    I am diabetic since 16 yeas. I calculated that I ate 8 Kg medicine during this period. Now Alhamdullilah, I controlled my sugar. Now I am declared non diabetic. I overcome my diabetes taking these following steps. 1. Controlling food everyday 2. Changing life style
    3. Doing exercise and walk after every meal 4. Adopt GPS formula. I left Insulin and all medicine.

    Leading a healthy lifestyle as a prediabetic is crucial for managing your blood sugar levels and preventing the onset of type 2 diabetes. Here are some suggestions:
    Focus on plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats into your diet.
    -
    Reduce intake of sugary snacks, sodas, and refined carbohydrates (like white bread and pastries).
    -
    Regular Physical Activity try to engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise each week (e.g., brisk walking, cycling).
    -
    If you're overweight, even a modest weight loss (5-10% of your body weight) can significantly improve blood sugar levels.
    Stay hydrated drink plenty of water and avoid sugary drinks.
    Manage Stress
    Get enough sleep for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night, as poor sleep can affect insulin sensitivity.
    Regular Check-ups monitor Blood Sugar Levels. Keep track of your blood sugar levels as recommended by your doctor.

    Tariq Jameel sahib...........The most honorable humanitarian,I know since very long....I never call him MOLENA......Molena tou aur bhi bohat say hein ji,Molana and Haaji saab are the two words used for the most shrude black malers,Religious personalities of Pakistan.Once i met Edhi sahib Marhoom in Karachi and called him Molena because of his long beared,Edhi sahib apni kursi say uth kar kharay hougaye aur haath jor kar kehnay lagay,Allah ka wasta hei Chohan saab,Please mujhay Molana na kahein,Meri daarhi kay baal tou sirf is wajeh say barh gaye hein kionkeh mein Ganday nalon say Molana loagon ki gunahon ka bojh uhanay mein bohat masroof rehta hoon...........

    8 hours mei.. 2 meal lain. Baki 16 ghnty fasting.Including sleeping.. Meal mein protein fiber or fat zror rakhin.. Its called.. Pff diet.. Is insulin spike nai krti agr roti or chawal bhi jn 7 beshak.. Snaking quit kr dein... Pakoray smosy. Meda items..apple cider vinegar use kerin.. Boiled egg pe haldi kali mirch. Ginger or daar cheeni ki tea...vitamin d 5000iu with k2 or megnesium roz lain.. Har khany k 20 bad thori walk kr lain. Ap wheat floor table. sugur refined oil..100 ka 10percnt kr den... Or fruits bhi zyada na khyen bht meetha hota hai. Or honey bhi avoid kerin... Berries khayen.. Strawberries blueberries. Cran berries.. Peach..jamun.... High glycemic waly fruit avoid kerin. Walk k 7 thori strength traing bhi kerin.. Or bhi bht kuch hai..

      @CityHappyFamily dekhin jee to bnada 70 saal bhi leta lakin kia faida kh subh se raat dardon or dwayion mein guzre.. Wese bhi 40 ke bad bndy ko handbrake kheench denni chye. Agr sedentary Lifestyle ho to.. Or dr khaild jamel achy hain.. Lakin bht zyada bhi amal mat krna kuch zyada hi extremist hain..
