I've been laying in this hospital bed for a week depressed because I missed Thanksgiving being here. Was skimming through UA-cam past all the tRUMP going to prison stories, and I landed on this young man here. All I can say is THANK YOU!!! Thank you for making a brotha laugh. When you're feeling down and out like I have been for the past week it feels good to laugh and not worry about the pain for a little while. I have Sickle Cell Anemia and there is no pain in the world like it. Just know that your comedy made that pain go away even if it's only for a little bit. So, again THANK YOU. A little laughter goes a long way when the pain is that bad. Keep up the great work!

It's a shame because there are a lott of Dutch comedians that are funny. I'm lucky that as a Dutch guy I understand English, even more understand jokes in English.
This man is living proof that you can have a sense of humor about all kinds of things and still be a decent human being at the same time. Walking on eggshells constantly never works because there will ALWAYS be someone offended about what you say, so seeing Matt say “fuck that” and just unapologetically be himself is amazing.
I generally think he’s pretty funny and this is a well put together set, but god, starting immediately on the “everyone is so offended these days!” material is just a rough one. Every single comedian and their mother for about 5 years has been harping on the “don’t get offended!!” crap. We get it. I’ve watched bill burr do it, Ricky gervais do it, chapelle did it to death, now I find a new comedian and he’s doing it too
You don't need to walk on eggshells to avoid joking about sexual abuse. You just need to be a decent person.
A decent human wouldn't try to manipulate someone into sleeping with them. A decent human wouldn't think it's funny to ejaculate on someone's face either when they obviously didn't want it.

Interestingly, I only heard about him because all of these women were complaining and trying to get him canceled because of a domestic violence joke. I had to see what had these chicks all riled up this time.....
And I was soooo disappointed. I genuinely did not understand why they were butt hurt over a dv joke. I'm a survivor of dv and I found the joke funny. If they were previous fans of his, like they claimed, then they should have been outraged about him continually calling women 'bitch' during one of his previous shows. I probably wouldn't have said anything about it myself, but I could have understood them being upset about that. Not 'canceled' upset, more 'let's think of another name,' level of agitation.
So somehow it's OK for him to say, "Bitch, you are so nasty," or "Bitch, sit down. I'm not trying to get #metoo'd." Or whatever else he was saying. He even pushed a woman by putting his foot on her ass! Nobody said anything, everybody laughed. So, ALL OF THAT was cool; Addressing women as 'Bitch' is alright, but he crossed a line with the dv joke😅. Whatever. They look like brittle, attention seeking, narcissistic idiot bitches. He's right.

@@twraoylnledyou8511 A lot of streaming services out there that should have picked this up. You can tell he's been working on his craft because his jokes aren't just for your common adult who likes comedy.
You can tell he's maneuvered a way to make it so younger gen will laugh at what he's saying too.
And everyone knows younger gen prefer comedic videos instead of a person telling jokes most the time.
But this set was well crafted.

I still wish him nothing but success because I was genuinely having a great time & laugh watching this.

This man is one of my favorite standup comedians, his crowd work is gold and he will throw jokes into the mix when you least expect it, he is so damn good at what he does
You should also listen to John pinette, he doesn’t curse and his jokes are actually really funny ( idk I think he’s pretty good)

Saw his second special first, almost died laughing, and it was hilarious. He mentioned his first special, Only Fans, and just got done watching it while trying to stay alive laughing. Just awesome material and highly relatable. Best part about both specials is him honoring people who have supported him who have passed on. RIP Ralphie May. RIP Steven Rife. It's nice when comedians are self aware of jokes that are easily offensive, it was tastefully done and I actually laughed at the gun violence jokes. That's really hard to pull off, I've seen other comedians die on their own cross from really bad jokes. It's important to be able to laugh through pain sometimes.
