same thing happened to me on level 30 char months ago before they changed to leveling to 40 through DC. got and EB to drop for me at extraction point. I think there is higher chance to get EB as level 30 vs 40. Still a fing extremely rare drop.

I met those a$$holes too while leveling a character from 30 to 31. They used to get rekted in high end DZ so they come to bully no stuffed people without pvp in mind but just grind the watch. Sad world
