War thunder's updates seem to have gotten lackluster and denied of any actual innovation.
Its like they have followed a strict curriculum as to what kind of content and how much of it they will release.
I don't know if anyone else feels that way.
It's like they tried choosing the middle ground between innovating and time between updates.
They can keep pushing out content at the same times every year, but sticking to that schedule restricts their ability to make anything new.
I am 100% confident that the Benelux tree, if it comes, will be a mirror copy of the type of update the hungarian tree update was. You will receive a bunch of copy paste vehicles, a few unique one, some modern or uniquely modern aircraft that raise the BR a little bit or dish-out existing ones, and maybe a unique tank or two for every tree just so Gaijin can say they did something.
Yes bro im sorry to tell you there are not many unique vehicles left and also not for these nations if you look at their modern militaries i think its good for the game and gives players access to more vehicles without having to grind entire tech trees
@@tenarmurk its not about vehicles. I’m talking mechanics, QOL, Fixing naval, gamemodes- etc.
things that require actual innovation and creativity to implement.
@@tenarmurkthat's not true, there are still loads of unique vehicles left to add, and even from small subtree countries like Hungary. I counted 40 unique indigenous Hungarian designs that could be added to War Thunder, so far Gaijin has added 4 of them to the subtree... there is loads left to add but Gaijin doesn't bother.

Waiting for the rest of the east german armys armored park to be added to german tree: bmp2 pt76 and t34 85 will be very cool to have also polish vehicles like the pt91 twardy or their indigenous ifv the borsomak or whatever its called would be cool

WW2 submarines probably will actually come this year or next one 100%, but nuclear ones? no idea, probably after/with nuclear aircraft carriers

i think the reason discussion around the last update died so quickly is because the update was a massive nothing burger. Main focus was the Hungarian air tree but that was entirely copy-paste vehicles so nothing to really talk about there. while there were some other cool additions they werent enough to make the update feel fulfilling so people immediately wanted the next thing. doesnt help the recent events arent exactly eye catching either
They literally didn't add any of the Hungarian planes, and then made the Hungarian Air Force the focus of the update... like why?

don't get me wrong I like updates as much as the next person (especially this on coming up with all those juicy research and br system changes) but for the love of god can we please just not try to rush theses things, we still have ethe naval event to come and probably a good month and a half till the update actually comes out
