J H it means when it’s a group project, typically someone smart does everything and the others don’t bother because they’ll get the same grade. When you’re graded individually, everyone has to put in work, the joke was that Melody was doing her part.
LOUI J if one messes up, the whole thing is off. Nicole wouldn’t have asked to turn off the mic or anyone else in the group. Mic’s always have issues. Some microphones have to be plugged in after the machine is on, and not when it’s already plugged in. It’s not a universal issue but it’s common.

LOUI J if one messes up, the whole thing is off. Nicole wouldn’t have asked to turn off the mic or anyone else in the group. Mic’s always have issues. Some microphones have to be plugged in after the machine is on, and not when it’s already plugged in. It’s not a universal issue but it’s common.
