This is a simple pickled red onion recipe. It's made from 100% Dr Sebi approved ingredients. It tastes a bit sour and is crisp. Pickled onions are condiments and should be added to salads, wraps, burgers, etc. We'll be using this in an upcoming video, so go ahead and make this recipe. Add whatever spices, herbs, and sweeteners you wish to add. Pickled onions are not meant for everyone. Feel free to skip it if it's not your thing. Thanks.

Great vids Manny. I’ve also seen ppl use Tamrind concentrate as “acv” for pickling or dishes that require acv. Have you tried that method?
I have tamarind recipes, but I haven't seen that method. It's a good idea since tamarind has a sharp sour taste. The color might be an issue in certain dishes though.

Where do you get the airtight jars like you have?
Would you say it’s normal for onions to grow with two different circle patterns on the inside? Or patterns that don’t even really form a circle? This onion you had was full of round circle layers that fit nicely over each other. But I see a lot of onion that don’t look like that.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure whether or not it's normal. I get what you're talking about though. I use it all the time without any issues. I'm sure there'll be some articles on it somewhere on the web. Great question though 🤔
Now add cilantro and thin slices of your favorite chile like habanero and cilantro and you have "salsa criolla" peruvian style. Meant to be eaten fresh and not left in lime juice for hours however it tastes amazing marinating for hours. I make a big batch and we'll eat it all week
