    Love all your vids. You’re adorable and badass at the same time. I hurt my glute medius, and have recovered- many of these exercises will help so much now that I need to strengthen. Thanks for all your content and inspiring an old lady to stay fit.

    Awesome accessory work! I love the Bulgarian Split Squat. Couldn't you do the Bulgarian Split Squat with a barbell as well? What were the other hamstring accessory work called? I never seen those before. For the Russian KBS, couldn't you attach the band to the kettlebell and do the same thing? What kind of band do you recommend for the step-ups & the side planks?

    I just did a workout with Bulgarian squats and then right into jumping lunges … I can’t sit properly today lol

    Great video on accessory work. I’m on the final stages of setting up my home gym to continue my CF workouts, etc. How can I get some help with training programming from warmups, strength, met cons, and accessory work? I appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks.

    i have tried some of the post workout stretches that were shown earlier they are great but this is directed at pat more than yourself these exercises today seem to me to be more about balance and core muscle if i dont do squats on leg day it feels like i really did not do anything to build explosive strength even if i squat with lite weight like to hear from pat on this as well great vid keep them coming
