Just grate zucchini and potatoes! I've never cooked such an easy and delicious dinner recipe! Zucchini pizza. I make these Delicious Oven Zucchini over and over again! Zucchini Potato Casserole! Zucchini and potatoes go perfectly together. Zucchini cake turns out very flavorful and tender! I just grate zucchini and potatoes and pop them in the oven! Vegetables in the oven is easy and healthy. Cook zucchini in the oven. My family loves vegetarian recipes, especially fresh zucchini recipes. Why have I never made this Potato Zucchini Casserole?! This zucchini casserole is easy to make and the ingredients are very simple. Be sure to try this zucchini pizza! Zucchini Pie Recipe. Very tasty and easy!
RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 zucchini.
Salt.
Let the zucchini rest for 10 minutes.
3 potatoes.
Squeeze out the water.
4 eggs.
Sunflower Oil 120 ml. / 5/6 cup.
Mix flour 1 cup.
baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Remove water from zucchini.
Mix well.
Parsley, Chives, Paprika, Dry Dill, Salt.
Olive oil.
Mozzarella 150 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
Let's make garlic sauce!
Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Garlic, Dry Dill.
Mix.
Enjoy your meal!
