The first place made it so thin and the second place decided to go for the thicker brows. How second place balance it when it is already so thin.

The threading one, even though might be a little thinner, it’s really neat and well defined. Not to mention the super affordable pricing and almost zero pain sensation. Styling wise, the threaded brow actually suits you too 😊

For those wondering where’s the expensive place:
The result from the expensive place definitely suits Randy more. The result from the cheap place is waaaay too arched, even for a female (unless you really dig that look, which I personally feel is not just dated but also makes one look perpetually surprised). The expensive place does take into consideration one’s face shape & features to shape the most suitable brow shape. I know this as I went there for my brow microblading (a type of semi-permanent tattoo) & they first drew out a shape that they found most suitable for my face & tweaked based on my feedback before microblading. This place has 2 outlets (Plaza Sing & Delfi; quite sure Randy visited the Delfi one). I think I recognise the girl who did Randy’s brows but can’t be sure. IF, she’s who I think she is, I think she has quite a good eye for designing eyebrow shapes that look good. HOWEVER, I cannot say the same for all the girls there. I’ve encountered others who started off with a shape that looked quite weird on me & I had to keep asking for revisions until we arrived at something that looked right. I feel this is not ideal for a place that charges so much for just eyebrow shaping by tweezing also, they claim to be brows specialists so ALL of them should have a very good eye for eyebrow design. Also, one can get well-designed eyebrow shaping for around $20 elsewhere. Same attention to detail but maybe just a not so nice looking environment.
In case you’re wondering about my microblading experience at this place, I will NOT recommend. I do not exactly regret going to them cos my brows are not like blotched but after the ink settled down, my brows do not look natural at all microblading technology should be able to give one a very natural look and I swear even me penciling in my eyebrows look more natural). The shape is decent overall but it is after many revisions & could be better I feel. I think I paid for the ambience & customer service rather than skills. Or I just didn’t get a girl who was super experienced. I know many other places charge almost half this place charges. It’s not a terrible place. Just that for a “specialist” and such a high price point, it may not be thaaat great.

angelspotted8 Am not comfortable promoting the place here. They are brow ‘experts’ with 2 outlets (1 at Plaza Sing & 1 at Delfi Orchard). They sponsored a few bloggers a few years back. Just Google :)

I always do threading in tanjong pagar. Indians does the best brows. You just need to give clear instructions of what kind of brows you want.
