A couple of things we can verify - 1) Increase the quota for the region where the APIs (Regional or Private) are deployed 2) using integration type that supports integration timeout increase 3) execution time, latency of backend
I didn't notice any defined max limit while requesting the quota increase. I am not sure which scenario you may require that large timeout. But you can try that. However, a large quota increase requires approval from AWS support.
