Rana Shamas PTI Austria That is good what he is doing but not good if take someones land without permission and payment to the owners, anyway he is making modern towns in pakistan and it's not free so it's business, and it is good what he is doing because it's good to have nice organised clean cities and areas but the problem pakistanis need to remember is pakistan needs educated population and not just homes and areas to live in built by foreign companies, the designers and architects of bahria are turkish and the project managers are russian or european I think, the roads and highways are being built by chinese, the cars driven in pakistan are from all over the world but not designed or manufactured in pakistan, the designers and architects of major shopping malls are british, so the focus needs to be on education and not so much on building, so in few words simply pakistanis do not have expertise in many fields and so will never be able to pull away from poverty and problems and will be difficult to compete the advanced nations.
