"You're responsible for the some of the most brutal crimes in modern history!....50 years in a British jail!"....yeah, that seems fair. I don't know the exact cost of a bullet or a rope but I feel like that would be cheaper and a better use of resources. It's not like any of his appeals would've worked anyway. I'm not really for the death penalty because mistakes do get made occasionally and to be honest it's probably a worse punishment to be in jail forever, but sometimes it's in the interests of the victims to just say fuck this guy and be done with him when he/she is so blatantly and unequivocally guilty of something heinous. I know it sounds quixotic, but it would genuinely be better for the people healing who have suffered from the crime to know the perpetrator no longer exists. Those are my thoughts, anyway.

I don't know the exact cost of a bullet or a rope but I feel like that would be cheaper and a better use of resources. It's not like any of his appeals would've worked anyway. I'm not really for the death penalty because mistakes do get made occasionally and to be honest it's probably a worse punishment to be in jail forever, but sometimes it's in the interests of the victims to just say fuck this guy and be done with him when he/she is so blatantly and unequivocally guilty of something heinous. I know it sounds quixotic, but it would genuinely be better for the people healing who have suffered from the crime to know the perpetrator no longer exists. Those are my thoughts, anyway.
