@@user-xm3yk6ge1w sir ji location ka koi fark hota hai k nahi, el cheez NH8 k upar hai , first sector on New ggn hai, dearka expressway k upar hai, fully developed sector hai, latest construction hai, or ek chiz purani door partially developed sector me hai. & apke logic se to new town b cendana se menhga hona chahiye, but practically go and check prices of ss leaf, corawoods etc, ab to masko b 1.5 to 1.6 Cr me ata hai
