While Scott may have gotten some movement in his feet back, he has to live with the fact that his father ended up getting arrested for trying to shoot Everet at gunpoint to avenge his “crippled” son.
Yes. Jason Ritter, son of the late John Ritter. Interesting that he was in a wheelchair on the show, a former football star paralyzed from the waist down.
I know this is acted and a show But this hits close for me I became paralyzed when I was 13 because the machine that was monitoring and suppose to tell them when something was going wrong never went off.. I woke up paralyzed from my chest all the way to my feet... and since it was all the way to my feet my organs and stuff we're paralyzed too at the start I had to be on a breathing mask to help me get oxygen.. I'm now 24 and nothing has ever topped that yet in my life The way you feel trapped and helpless when you become paralyzed is one of the most scariest things I walk now but I use a cane to keep me steady
@@erglis7 the Spinal Cord stops around T9-T12. There's no cord to injure there, that was my point. Injury to the Cauda Equina won't paralyze your lower body 😅😅😅😅
@@BigBlakMan-hr9mb welp just to be sure I googled it. Realy thought I was misremembering neuroanatomy. Spinal chords ends at L1-L2 in adults and uper part of L3 for children. He was what 16? He is tall but I put my money on L2 somewhere since he probably has a few cm to grow.
@@erglis7 That low? That still wouldn't affect the whole lower body in a 16 year who is basically his adult height. I remember that from Spinal and gross anatomy. Google? Naw 😅😅😅😅

He has a younger brother, Tyler

So was he paralyzed?
Yes, but paralysis isn't always permanent or total. He had a pretty good outlook for a full recovery (it helped that he was young and athletic).
@@MorganChaos I am aware. I meant the outcome of his situation because his leg moved at the end
@@rachaelford5525 That is the outcome of his situation. We didn't see him in any more episodes, that was the ending.
