- I wanna share with you how I fixed my wife's Vivo Smartphone when it didn't turn on... So I'm showing in this video how I fixed it with just 2 simple steps which I believe they would work on other Android smartphones too!

I tried reboot on my first try, then it shows “vivo” on white screen, but then the screen turn black and when I hold the volume & power button again, nothing happen 😭

R u saying that make ur phone out of charge and then charge it it will open right?
We can only determine if it's not a battery problem when it opens if the battery is full... and do troubleshooting for some possible problems and solutions....
