White Tara mantra:
Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Mama Ayuḥ Punya Jñānā Puṣtiṃ Kuru Svāhā
(Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayuh Punya Jñana Pustim Kuru Svaha)
White Tara (Sitatara) is associated with long life. Her mantra is often chanted with a particular person in mind. She’s another representation of compassion, and she’s pictured as being endowed with seven eyes (look at the palms of the hands, soles of the feet, and her forehead) to symbolize the watchfulness of the compassionate mind.
Unlike Green Tara, White Tara has both legs folded in meditation (Green Tara is stepping down onto a lotus).
As a variant form of Green Tara, her mantra begins very similarly. But added to the play on the name of Tara are several words connected with long life and wellbeing.
Mama means “mine” and indicates that you’d like to possess these qualities of long life, merit, wisdom, happiness, etc. You can of course choose to wish these qualities for someone else - perhaps for a teacher or for a loved one who is ill.
Ayuh is long life (as in Ayurvedic medicine).
Punya means the merit that comes from living life ethically, and this merit is said to help one to live long and happily.
Jnana is wisdom.
Punya and Jnana are known as the Two Accumulations. In order to become enlightened we need to accumulate merit (that is, to develop positive qualities through living ethically and meditating) but we also need to develop wisdom through deep reflection. Wisdom cannot arise without a basis of merit, but merit alone is not enough for us to become enlightened, meaning that becoming a nicer person isn’t enough - we have also to look deeply into ourselves and the world around us and to see the impermanent and insubstantial nature of all things.
Pushtim means wealth, abundance, or increase.
Kuru is a mythical land to the north of the Himalayas, which was said to be a land of long life and happiness (it may have been the original northern home of the aryans). Perhaps the association with the mythical realm of Kuru doesn’t hurt when doing the mantra. But here the word kuru is a verb form meaning “do it!” or “make it so!” (second person singular active imperative or the root k.r if that’s of any interest to you) which is what it means here. With this “make it so!” we’re imploring White Tara for an increase in wisdom, merit, and long life so that we can gain enlightenment and help all sentient beings.
svaha is an exclamation meaning “hail” or “may blessings be upon” and is a common ending to Buddhist mantras. So after making the rather bold request of White Tara above, we end with an equally emphatic salutation.
Tara (Sanskrit: तारा, tārā; Tib. སྒྲོལ་མ, Dölma) or Ārya Tārā, also known as Jetsun Dölma (Tibetan language:rje btsun sgrol ma) in Tibetan Buddhism, is a female Bodhisattva in Mahayana Buddhism who appears as a female Buddha in Vajrayana Buddhism. She is known as the "mother of liberation", and represents the virtues of success in work and achievements. She is known as Tara Bosatsu (多羅菩薩) in Japan, and occasionally as Duōluó Púsà (多羅菩薩) in Chinese Buddhism.
Tara is a tantric meditation deity whose practice is used by practitioners of the Tibetan branch of Vajrayana Buddhism to develop certain inner qualities and understand outer, inner and secret teachings about compassion and emptiness. Tara is actually the generic name for a set of Buddhas or bodhisattvas of similar aspect. These may more properly be understood as different aspects of the same quality, as bodhisattvas are often considered metaphors for Buddhist virtues.
The most widely known forms of Tārā are:
- Green Tārā, (Syamatara) known as the Buddha of enlightened activity
- White Tārā, (Sitatara) also known for compassion, long life, healing and serenity; also known as The Wish-fulfilling Wheel, or Cintachakra
- Red Tārā, (Kurukulla) of fierce aspect associated with magnetizing all good things
- Black Tārā, associated with power
- Yellow Tārā, (Bhrikuti) associated with wealth and prosperity
- Blue Tārā, associated with transmutation of anger
- Cittamani Tārā, a form of Tārā widely practiced at the level of Highest Yoga Tantra in the Gelug School of Tibetan Buddhism, portrayed as green and often conflated with Green Tārā
- Khadiravani Tārā (Tārā of the acacia forest), who appeared to Nagarjuna in the Khadiravani forest of South India and who is sometimes referred to as the "22nd Tārā"

How long is long Life for a Buddhistic believe System, what is possible? Over hundred Years or hundreds of years?
This is a difficult question! We live in the age of Kali Yuga, where the life of a person is very short and the Buddha's teaching very quickly disappears and dark times come ... We all have a clouded mind and it is incredibly difficult for us to fight against this, even with access to Tantric knowledge. There is no unequivocal answer and it can not be! We can only believe and hope ... Sarva Mangalam!
I know it's Kali Yuga and the Masses don't believe in Physical Immortality or extreme Longevity. But everything is possible.

The mantra acts on the human consciousness at a subtle energy level, as a result of which the body re-adjusts at the cellular level. Perhaps you have a high sensitivity and you feel a change in yourself ... This is normal, do not worry!

Мантра Белой Тары - это просьба к Таре о долголетии, и применение этого долголетия во благо также всех живых существ (иными словами, об увеличении мудрости и, как следствие, заслуг, порожденных благими поступками).
Не от чего !!!)))) вообще что за потребительское отношение к мантрам ? От чего это ? Что мне даст ? )))) все вам Лишь бы выгода какая-то жадность у вас какая-то даже мантра без жадности не можете прочитать. Это мантра для развития сострадания ко всем живым существам если вы хотите развить сострадание тогда поклоняйтесь и читайте эту мантру и думайте как помочь всем живым существам ! ничего она вам больше не даст ни здоровья не благополучия !!! вы должны думать о здоровье и благополучие других, Чтобы думать о себе читать мантры не надо они не помогут.
