I have a window vacuum that lifts the water off all the surfaces with a side benefit that you get less unsightly marks on mirrors and shower screens. They cost about £25
Or instead of consuming 2 whole minutes more water, you can use much less water to shower. It doesn't need to be running the whole time, you just need it running enough to get yourself wet so you can lather and scrub and again after to rinse. Can be done about 5-10ltrs only of warm water. The other guy tried to tell me once that having an electric shower requires 3kwh of electric a day to run it full blast 9kw for 20 minutes... Who seriously going to scold themselves for 20 minutes though?
