I did my research on this wig for months because of your video. Unfortunately the wig Klaiyi sent me matted after a week of wear and I lost about 50% of the hair
smh. I contacted them and asked them to exchange it, even being open to the idea that it was a bad batch of hair. They said no and only wanted to offer me a discount on a new purchase. I eventually got them to refund me a portion of my purchase but it wasn’t even half of what I spent on the wig. Thank you for your honest reviews on wigs! I did want to let the girlies know you may receive a faulty wig from them so be careful.

I received this wig a couple of days ago. I purchases 3 other wigs as well, but this one was beautiful, especially after I washed it! There was very little shedding. I must say, I luv this wig so far. I have not worn it, but still luv it! Ps: the curls are popping!

Do not buy this hair, I’ve wasted 175. It tangles and is almost impossible to untangle. It takes an hour or more. I’m so mad I’ve tried every conditioner

I like how mine is preplucked. But I will go back in to customize it more. I can see my tracks when the hair is wet. When the hair dries up a bit it conceals the tracks more so and is natural looking. Mine also seems to be more red than auburn as I thought it would be but it gets a darker tone when I add product of course. Overall I like it but would get a higher density next time. I think yours is more dense.
This is exactly how i feel about mine. It’s slightly disappointing but i don’t want to give up lol For some reason, i chose the exact one that was promoted by another UA-camr, i think her name is Kia and she’s the first pic you see when you click the link, but it doesn’t look exactly like this one. Or like her’s. It’s more red like you said and it doesn’t look this full. Maybe i didn’t notice the density option if there was one, but… ☹️ ..I’m goin to go back in with the customization like you said. I gave up and felt defeated, i ain’t goin lie. 😅😂.

Overall, this color matches our sis' complexions so well, that's why this wig is our top-1 best-selling. As for the density, there are density options on our website. 150% brings a natural and regular dense, and if you prefer a fuller, thicker style, just like Kay shows in the video, then 180% will work great for you.
Also, it's very important to define and fluffy the curls. So please follow the maintenance process in the video from"Kie" or "Kay". Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions, thank you for your all's support💖💕💯
