You guys just got done watching the Intro video to NOEASY. That's where I'm at in the reaction and I've paused just to say thanks for presenting another opportunity to revisit this album. Not that I don't on my own, but doing so with other people almost makes it feel fresh again. I know a lot of stays were probably bombarding your comments to get to NOEASY. I hope it didn't make you feel stressed. I think they, like me, were just so excited for you to experience it because there really is something special about the NOEASY project. It's my personal favourite album and comeback period, as a collective. Amazing songs and albums preceded it and follow it [Straykids just keep getting better] but NOEASY really feels like a second turning point, after Gods Menu. I also feel like, while I may love other songs from other albums more, this is their best collective album for me because it really gives listeners a very comprehensive look at the kids singing, rapping and performance skills, with so many genres and styles touched on. Gods Menu would be the first song I recommend to someone, but NOEASY would be the first album because I think it best lets you know that Straykids are not one-dimensional in what they deliver. It's also special because this was literally Hyunjin's comeback. This was the album we got after he finally returned to us and it makes it so much more emotional. The comeback content was also so much and so varied. If you guys ever get to a point in your Stay journey where you start checking out things like that, I highly, highly recommend you do the Howl in Harmony - Song Camp series. It's a couple vides that show each of the three sub-units for this album coming up with the concepts for their songs and even deciding on the treatment for the MVs . I know you guys love to see the behind-the-scenes creative process and this is a gold mine for that, in addition to being just fun. Anyway - there's probably no chance you've read all this. But if you have, thanks for starting this Straykids series and I'll head back to the video now 😊
Stays got very emotional when Mixtape Oh came out because Hyunjin had been on hiatus and it was the first time he appeared in an MV after it. Always gets me weepy when i watch it ❤

fun fact ... cheese is a disstrack. at 40:43 , the part where there saying fold your fingers , the first time around you’ll get a thumbs up. But if you listen to the adlibs in the back it’s telling you to fold different fingers. Those fingers bring you to a middle finger 😂. Some of the lyrics mention their lyrics in older songs that got hated on aswell like the magpies and pigeons, dudududu from godsmenu , and the headache from side effects. The whole Noeasy album in itself is a big fu to antis. The title is a play on the word noisy, because in the cover the e and a of noeasy are replaced by an i, this is because all antis like to call their music noisy, so they embraced it 😂

Mixtape: OH besides being just a gorgeous song always makes me feel soft, because I didn't know that Hyunjin was suddenly going to pop up in the song and MV. He'd been on hiatus since the beginning of Kingdom: Legendary War. They dropped the track and MV out of nowhere and then Hyunjin was there and I was overwhelmed. And that's as someone of the very periphery of the fandom. And to talk about the feature length reactions. I love them. Sometimes I want a short video, and I'll watch someone else's. Sometimes I want to watch several hours of people enjoying music while examining every pore on an idols forehead, losing their minds over edits and questioning their own sanity in multiple languages, and I come here. 😅 Longer videos are also useful when I'm crocheting and need some company. Short videos are no good for that, but long videos are perfect. 😁❤

I have a challengers relationship with jisung and lee know, I'm changbin's physical therapist, channie is my kids teacher, hyunjin is my art professor, innie is the pastors son, feilx is a fallen angel for making brownies for lucifer, and seungmin is my old classmate. I think the Thunderous era is very special for many Stays because it marked the end of a really hard time for the boys and the fandom and at the same time another new beginning for Stray Kids. I can only speak from my own experience of course, but for me, becoming a fan right at the start of Kingdom (which was April 2021) was such a strange experience. Like I didn't even notice right away that Hyunjin was missing after the first episode because I was still learning their names and faces. And then of course I went on the same journey you guys are on right now and fell in love with each one of these beautiful 8 human beings. And obviously they were complete professionals and still absolutely killed it on the show (and won) but even as a Baby Stay I could just sense his missing presence and the strange atmosphere all over them. I cannot even imagine how fans must've felt who had been with them when Woojin left before. Never mind how it must've made the boys themselves relive the trauma of losing a member and fearing everything they had worked so hard for crumbling before their eyes. I think what really illustrates how weird and painful that time felt as a fan was watching Chan go live every week and talk about their Kingdom performances and say how proud he was of the members while completely ignoring the existence of one of his 8 kids. It's honestly unfathomable even in hindsight. It was as if Hyunjin had never existed and became a ghost. None of them mentioned his name for months (not by choice of course). It was so eerie and nobody knew what was going to happen. And then a few weeks after Kingdom ended, out of nowhere, they released Mixtape : OH. I cannot express properly to you what it felt like to hit play on that video and see Hyunjin appear on screen and hear his voice after months of silence. I sobbed my eyes out. Again, EVEN as a Baby Stay back then. If there's one clip that explains how that moment felt it's Chan's live reaction to the MV and his face when Hyunjin appears. Even then he still didn't say anything but the love and relief on his face... That man would seriously burn the world down to protect each and every one of his kids (that time he also shouted out an artist who made a very wholesome animation of Stays waiting for Hyunjin and finally welcoming him home 🥹). So yeah. Didn't mean to type a whole damn novel but I just wanted to give you and any other new Stays an idea of what it was like to be in the fandom during this time and why it makes this comeback and the whole Noeasy album so significant and special for many Stays. Though I'm sure other fans have also already shared their experience and memories. For me it's why Mixtape : OH will forever hold a very special place in my heart and will always make me feel extra emotional and nostalgic when I listen to it and watch the MV. That song feels like safety, love, homecoming, family, and like 8 is fate no matter what 🫶

He writes songs that bring out your deepest self, his lyrics have so much feeling, meaning and emotion. His songs are incredibly beautiful, yet heavy at the same time. Many of his songs make me cry, but they also kind of work as a new form of therapy..... @2:11:15 I watch 2 korean producers who are stays that explains their thoughts on skz music and most of the times they also talk about the word play skz do in their lyrics. They always explain why the song is good and how skz always manages to surprise them with something new. Also, the fact that they also understand the language is a huge plus cause they always have a concept or a message behind a song that is both shown in the music and the lyrics. Most of skz lyrics that are based on word plays are lost in subtitles.

I just started listening to Stray Kids this year. K pop was not something I knew much about. youtube suggested a song I'd never heard of before from a group I never heard of. It was Thunderous. And now I cant get enough of these guys.
I mean I can totally see a scenario where I Like It could be seen as a response to Sorry, I Love You, feelings-wise. And the fact that Changbin is the brain mostly behind both just makes it more torturous.
Changbin is the king of sad love songs. He also wrote "Sorry i love you" in this album. Idk who hurt my man but at least we get masterpieces from him 🥺🥺
This is my absolute favorite album. Every song was sooooo amazing. SKZ did OT8 version of Red Lights on their last tour. Saw them twice and they are the most talented men!

As an OG Stay (from pre debut days) the NOISY era was something else like the guys and the fandom went through a loooottt but our boys did it and look how far are they now, that’s why The View always make so emotional like is a metaphor from they being in the big leagues (in that moment, now they are in the superior level). You SHOULD watch the clips for the creative process from the sub unit singles (Go away, Red Lights and Surffin) ❤.

Mixtape: Oh aside from being such a good song holds a very special meaning for the stays (especially og stays who experienced this hiatus) so basically hyunjin was accused of school bullying and jyp entertainment just put him on hiatus for FOUR months no explanation whatsoever😭 I swear at that time we were all panicking because we thought he will be dropped from the group but when mixtape oh dropped he appeared on the screen OUT OF NOWHERE I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I FREAKING CRIED😭 (also because he was on hiatus he couldn't participate in kingdom except for the first episode😭😩)

Thanks for long reactions! Noeasy is one of my favorite albums. Thunderous - the best epic music video for me and title track that got me into kpop. And after Secret-secret i fell in love with Han's songs. The phrase "I like the view right now" often helps to react to new content from SKZ, especially when there are no decent words and thoughts. Definitely. It was cool to rewatch all these MVs with you two girls❤. Oh yeah, you were talking about a happy love/relationship song. Unfortunately, no video, but Han wrote one, Want so bad. There is so much to talk about whenever mixtape oh enters the chat, so much skz lore
Mixtape: OH besides being just a gorgeous song always makes me feel soft, because I didn't know that Hyunjin was suddenly going to pop up in the song and MV. He'd been on hiatus since the beginning of Kingdom: Legendary War. They dropped the track and MV out of nowhere and then Hyunjin was there and I was overwhelmed. And that's as someone of the very periphery of the fandom.
And to talk about the feature length reactions. I love them. Sometimes I want a short video, and I'll watch someone else's. Sometimes I want to watch several hours of people enjoying music while examining every pore on an idols forehead, losing their minds over edits and questioning their own sanity in multiple languages, and I come here. 😅 Longer videos are also useful when I'm crocheting and need some company. Short videos are no good for that, but long videos are perfect. 😁❤

I think the Thunderous era is very special for many Stays because it marked the end of a really hard time for the boys and the fandom and at the same time another new beginning for Stray Kids.
I can only speak from my own experience of course, but for me, becoming a fan right at the start of Kingdom (which was April 2021) was such a strange experience. Like I didn't even notice right away that Hyunjin was missing after the first episode because I was still learning their names and faces. And then of course I went on the same journey you guys are on right now and fell in love with each one of these beautiful 8 human beings. And obviously they were complete professionals and still absolutely killed it on the show (and won) but even as a Baby Stay I could just sense his missing presence and the strange atmosphere all over them. I cannot even imagine how fans must've felt who had been with them when Woojin left before. Never mind how it must've made the boys themselves relive the trauma of losing a member and fearing everything they had worked so hard for crumbling before their eyes.
I think what really illustrates how weird and painful that time felt as a fan was watching Chan go live every week and talk about their Kingdom performances and say how proud he was of the members while completely ignoring the existence of one of his 8 kids. It's honestly unfathomable even in hindsight. It was as if Hyunjin had never existed and became a ghost. None of them mentioned his name for months (not by choice of course). It was so eerie and nobody knew what was going to happen.
And then a few weeks after Kingdom ended, out of nowhere, they released Mixtape : OH. I cannot express properly to you what it felt like to hit play on that video and see Hyunjin appear on screen and hear his voice after months of silence. I sobbed my eyes out. Again, EVEN as a Baby Stay back then. If there's one clip that explains how that moment felt it's Chan's live reaction to the MV and his face when Hyunjin appears. Even then he still didn't say anything but the love and relief on his face... That man would seriously burn the world down to protect each and every one of his kids (that time he also shouted out an artist who made a very wholesome animation of Stays waiting for Hyunjin and finally welcoming him home 🥹).
So yeah. Didn't mean to type a whole damn novel but I just wanted to give you and any other new Stays an idea of what it was like to be in the fandom during this time and why it makes this comeback and the whole Noeasy album so significant and special for many Stays. Though I'm sure other fans have also already shared their experience and memories.
For me it's why Mixtape : OH will forever hold a very special place in my heart and will always make me feel extra emotional and nostalgic when I listen to it and watch the MV. That song feels like safety, love, homecoming, family, and like 8 is fate no matter what 🫶

@2:11:15 I watch 2 korean producers who are stays that explains their thoughts on skz music and most of the times they also talk about the word play skz do in their lyrics. They always explain why the song is good and how skz always manages to surprise them with something new. Also, the fact that they also understand the language is a huge plus cause they always have a concept or a message behind a song that is both shown in the music and the lyrics. Most of skz lyrics that are based on word plays are lost in subtitles.

I just started listening to Stray Kids this year. K pop was not something I knew much about. youtube suggested a song I'd never heard of before from a group I never heard of. It was Thunderous. And now I cant get enough of these guys.

Content-wise, SKZ is one of those group where ultimately one cannot have seen every and other videos out there and especially the older we get as a STAY. So now i'm talking to my fellow STAYS especially the younger ones (they are a lot) PLEASE UNDERSTAND that sadly they can't think about filming everything i'm pretty sure they will go through the 2 kids room videos obviously it is the MUST to get to know them imo. But they will not watch EVERY mv behind or SKZ CODE for example, or at least it will be on the way but you know not now.
Please to the people who are putting pressure on them, stop that. We all want to enjoy this together with them don't ruin it and please let them have their pace. And please stop asking videos who are ALREADY in the videos or from futures eras when they are not there yet for God's sake make an effort please. 😑

And after Secret-secret i fell in love with Han's songs. The phrase "I like the view right now" often helps to react to new content from SKZ, especially when there are no decent words and thoughts. Definitely. It was cool to rewatch all these MVs with you two girls❤. Oh yeah, you were talking about a happy love/relationship song. Unfortunately, no video, but Han wrote one, Want so bad.
