I always prep veggies when I bring them home. My entire family will ask for veggies and dip or hummus because they know they are getting a snack instantly!

Hi Kayla. What kind of dairy free yogurt are you using? Any I’ve been able to find have about 20+% sugar which messes with my sugar craving for the rest of the day.
I'll definitely try the chicken salad cucumber slices and wraps. They seem like good replacements for savory cravings which are what I struggle with the most. I'd love to see a video on that: savory options for those who aren't fans of rabbit food.

Loveeee coconut butter! You can also heat it in a saucepan with a bit of raw honey and dip strawberries in it then let them harden in the fridge and it tastes like white chocolate dipped strawberries 🤤
What coconut yogurt brand do you use? I can't find any that isn't loaded with sugar!

Kayla I just love your meal prep videos. I’m 50 and trying to lose weight. I would love to see some meal prep videos that are 17 protein 25 carbs 8 fat for each meal. I’ve lost weight with these macros, but I’m stuck because I’m sick of eating the same meals everyday! It’s so hard coming up with creative food.
Love the different options. Question about the cacao nibs. Are they supposed to taste bitter? I bought it once and it tasted so bitter, that I could not eat it and threw the bag out. Didn't know if I bought a bad batch or if that is normal. ~ Laurie
Yes they are really crunchy and bitter. Not sweet at all, but really good for you!

Where did you find that giant vat of Primal mayo? It's nearly impossible to find anything larger than the mini jar.
I like to add the tiniest dollop of avocado mayo to the eggs because I find them a bit boring with just salt and pepper.

I’ll be honest the celery one made me sick, I don’t know if anyone else had this issue. I did it a few days ago and put peanut butter & the celery is such a bitter snack & felt heavy in stomach & burned. I felt like throwing ups& rushed to the bathroom a while later
