I think tai is more consistent. shock can feel really clunky sometimes, especially if roundup sweep doesn't reset. wealth working for us helped a ton, but it's still weird. every so often you just sit there auto attacking and waiting for roundup. maybe we still haven't found shock's best build idk that doesn't mean shock is weaker though, it's really strong too, maybe even better than tai, particularly if you can get some help from crit syn or a gl. it's just weird sometimes, as I said overall I still enjoy the fluidity of tai more, but when shock works it's really satisfying to play
