But still this video helped me to observe where I am missing out and of course it also made me realize that it takes time to gain back what I have lost due to my wrong habits in the past.... When people look my way of life they pass sarcastic comments., "oh you follow so many good things and still you are not healthy" I suffer from pitha and vatta...thank you guruji for all the information
