I hate to say this but drug abuse is a personal issue!
People made a choice to take fentanyl or meth on these streets and now they're suffering the consequences !
Getting these people to detox is one thing! Getting them housed is a problem and depending on how long they have been on these streets.
What makes the city think they can manage living in a residential community!!!
