21:44. Similar sitch. Coworker told me about her cat dying, that's why missed work yesterday. Awww, I said. At first. But then she told me her cat was 14 years old, and I instantly perked up. But my coworker didn't smile or anything, in fact, she seemingly got more depressed. I'm like, "No. That's great. 14 years is a long great life. Your cat won the game of life." Am still not sure she "gets it." It was my instant reaction, can't do anything about it now.
Your Coworker is the weirdo, not you.
@@trolltroll5931 I'm guessing she was still in shock over her 14-year-old cat dying. Another factor: she missed a whole day of work over her cat dying. And it was either a Friday or a Monday that she missed, which is the go-to way to manufacture a three-day weekend. I'm wondering if I were a bit callous, or *worse.* Like it's a sign of youknowwhat if you laugh at someone else's pain.

Kyle attributes all of his success to imagining success ahead of time and then Natalie has him do tarot cards and both times has the future look bleak. So even if Kyle doesn't believe in this crap, he is going to be all in his head when bad things happen. Turning it into a self fulfilling prophecy. It's the equivalent of giving someone a placebo drug, then saying, on damn I shouldn't have given you that one, then never telling them it was a placebo. Pretty f'd up actually.

28 isn't young by the way. You're already outside the optimal time frame for children. 28 isn't even young for guys. 28 is like, young for authors or politicians, but not in terms of development. 28 means you're going to turn 30 within the next 24 months.

Your general anxiety has been acquired from years of lower self worth. Its TOTALLY reversible I promise you. You are pretty, fit, fun, and quirky. There is no reason why you cant get positive affirmations from interactions in life. Over time, you just leave that other person behind. Good luck
