Where did you got the Charts from?
Am I supposed to enter the VOR frequencies or does the nav frequency for approach deal with that?
While flying the vor you should be tuned on the vor, when intercepting the ils, you should fly the ILS freq
What does the chart index refers to?

Dude your voice is not clear and understandable
ironic coming from an indian be like: saying i dond undersDanD you, but fair enough i was puzzled wether he spoke german or english myself
Msa on this chart is minimum safe altitude, not minimum sector altitude, there is two meaning with MSA,
What’s the difference between sector and safe altitude?
The difference between one each other is the regulation the country uses to make the charts, so if it's TERPS, you may say Minimum Safe Altitude, if it's PANS Ops, you may say Minimum Sector Altitude. It's not a big thing, just the meaning the regulation takes.
