- Guardian Holdings relisted on the Jamaica Stock Exchange three weeks ago, but Jamaican investors have been having a hard time getting their hands on the company’s shares. Well, Guardian’s parent company, NCB Global Holdings, is now freeing up 2 million shares in Guardian. They’ve issued a prospectus inviting investors to purchase at 795 Jamaican dollars each. We’ll discuss with CEO of NCB Capital Markets, Steven Gooden and CEO of Guardian Holdings, Ravi Tewari.

@@moneymediaja I bought 30 shares and see my money going too fast so I sold them all I down have much faith in this high priced stock even while the offer price was $795 ,It was lower on the stock market.

Depends, if you're making large purchases, then go IPO. What you will need to do is too look at the fees if it surpasses what is being charged at IPO and add on the difference in price

The problem is, you can't get it to buy. You can put in an order at $790 and see if you get through. It's unlikely that you will. That's the whole reason these shares are being put on the market
