    I haven't seen such a good video in a long time. Beth is presenting some treasures here and I'm going to watch this video more than once. It occurred to me recently while meditating that the impermanence could also be that the meditation object we are focusing on no longer exists in the past and does not yet exist in the future. I would just add that there are three types of Vipassana from Myanmar: according to Goenka, according to Mahasi Sayadaw and according to Pa Auk Sayadaw

      Indeed, those are the three major and most popular vipassana lineages. I too found this through research. Dry insght. Many consider samatha as inferior but I consider a combination between the two as superior.

    Samatha leads me into Jhanas. How do I stay with Vipassana when piti and sukka feel so nice

      There would be many ways of practicing vipassana at that time, but one way would be to focus on the impermanent, suffering and non-self nature of the joy and happiness.
