Reduce the usage of Niacinamide to alternate days rather than daily
Your skin must be purging,
If the peeling doesn’t stop then use only 2 to 3 times a week!

Hi Sarah, this video is really helpful. I have recently started using this product and facing flakey skin issue. I am using it at night with cleaning , toning, serum, Cosrx advanced snail 96 mucin power essence and locking it with Requil's ceramide and hyaluronic acid moisturizer for normal to dry skin. I have a sensitive and combination skin type. Please suggest me something helpful coz I am panicking now. It's been a week since I have added this in my daily routine.

Its ok if flakey skin occurs as it has only been a week since this routine right!
Wait for another week and see if anything accelerates, if it happens than may be use a lil less number of products as in use just 1 moisturizer,
Also, never skip spf with range of atleast 50
Moisturizer in day time as well,
I had flakey skin issues too while using Niacinamide but it settled down within 4 weeks

Yes you can add niacinamide in your regular skincare routine,
For SPF , i personally use sunblock by Rivaj cosmetics but i have dry sensitive skin.
You can use any with 30+ SPF

Vit c 23 is high concentration and can cause too much skin irritation so probably it will be ideal to use it in different times of the day, for example if you are using Niacinamide in Night time then go for vit c i the morning
And you can also use Vit C 23 after you are finished with Niacinamide.

I have Saeed Ghani's Vitamin C moisturizer. Can I use it after applying The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1% serum?
Better to apply it in the morning and use any other moisturizer after using Niacinamide

To your first question, the answer is yes you can use it alongside Salicylic acid,
As per your already followed routine - this is how you may incorporate Niacinamide 👇🏻
Night Routine:
Cleanse
Toner
Salicylic acid
Niacinamide
Water gel (if its a moisturizer) or any moisturizer that suits your skin
Interval between all the above mentioned products must be atleast a minute or 2
Wearing moisturizer and SPF in the morning is mandatory!

As far as the tin bumps are concerned,that mist be your purging phase that will be settled down after a while

Here is the detailed answer to your query with some tips from my knowledge and understanding of the products👇🏻
Please remember You may apply not more than 3 actives at a time to prevent skin from becoming overwhelmed!
Always your water based serums will go first and then the heavier formulations and oils.
Also, even though niacinamide goes well other actives but in some cases using vit c alongside niacinamide may cause skin irritation
Same goes with buffet, buffet with vit C is also a combo i would NOT recommend
You may keep my above mentioned Routine the same and use alpha arbutin in the evening!

Its not recommended to use both the products together so may use Glycolic acid in the night and niacinamide in the morning (alongside moisturizer n spf)
OR
Glycolic acid in the early evening n niacinamide in the night

Go for foaming face washes (the plain ones that does not have particles in it)
Check any options available in market as per according to your skin type and budget.
For vitamins you may take Evion vit E once daily for atleast a month , Vit E is usually the best for skin n hair but if you wish to add other options than better to consult a dr

Kojic acid must be used in night time as it increase the skin sensitivity to sun rays
