When s'ad ibn ar-rabī' al-ansārī offered half of his wealth and one of his wives to 'abdur-rahmān ibn 'awf he replied: "بارك الله لك في أهلك ومالك، لا حاجة لي في هذا، دلوني على السوق"، فدلوه على السوق، فاشترى أقطًا وسمنًا، فجعل يبيع ويشتري حتى أغناه الله.

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله As far as jumuah n salat there is a law in america call reasonable accommodation where the employer obliged to provide a reasonable accommodation for their employee to perform those acts but it does require the employ to also meet them in the middle as we say. Ex. Work longer hours to accomdate for the time off of friday or break up their 30 min break into 5/10 min increments in order to pray at the proper times
I have also seen brothers work 6 days jus to have friday off. But as our brother mentioned u have to mention these things goin in so the the employer is aware n then u work it out from there

@@At-Tibyan no doubt thats true n thats why its import for those who are already muslim to make these things clear during interview process or before accepting job n also to put in writing b/c then they hired u knowing this. Now for those who may accept islam while already working at the job then they may have to take a different approach and Allah knows best. But to get back to the actual topic..if everybody is a boss then who will do the work??? Lol lets jus be honest..everybody doesn't have wht it takes to be the boss n not everybody is good at doin the labor. As they say one hand washes the other
