Hi Vedesh, you need to take that berry plant out the ground ... plant it in a pot with loose dirt maybe top soil.. when it becomes strong... plant it back in the ground preferably where the dirt is not tough..
Vedesh and Leah maybe try putting the mulberry tree into a pot with some native soil and some with nutrients. Sometimes my houseplants take a turn for the worse and once I put it into a smaller container, they thrive

I had a friend who had a mulberry tree, d blacker d fruits got d sweeter it was. Vedesh your mommy loves u plenty boy😊. U know i cud up 2 slabs of pork this evening..i cut up one to stew and the other in slices to fry.
