Yea, but it depends on the size of handle as well, so that’s something to consider based on how you use it, whether it’s mainly for casting and retrieving or deep sea fishing where you want faster or easily/smoother crank experience.

The frame on Daiwa has a better design up in the front right underneath the line guide. Your index finger can rest against the metal frame and gives you a better grip on the reel compared to the conquest. Conquest if you hook a big fish and need a better grip on the reel, you cannot grip anywhere near the line guide because it’s an open design. Basara meant for boat jigging This Conquest is more of a bass reel that Shimano also marketed to be a jigging reel. Thanks again for the video.
