I also have ADHD and I sympathize with you completely about the whole paranoid/psychosis thing. I had a small episode after breaking up with someone who was, let's just say ... not the best for me. Anyway, I appreciate you sharing this because this makes a lot of people (including me) feel less alone in the world. I feel like the world is a bit too harsh sometimes, and I definitely think we should all forgive each other and be patient with each other because we never know what the other person might be going through. Life is not easy, and we are here to enjoy it and find happiness through this whole mess. ADHD is not a simple diagnosis, and it's not just "Kid can't pay attention." it's a whole mess. It has dictated the entirety of my life and my choices, and I wish I could meet more people who are forgiving, emphatetic, and loving. These are rough times, and I wish you the best of luck.
