Another JUMBO Flat Twist Updo

- In this video I "tried" to show you how I do this particular updo but because twisting the back portion of my hair can sometimes take awhile, I decided to cut that part out and just include pictures. But at any rate, you will get a better view on the flat twist process and the does and don't of JUMBO twisting.

I just found you yesterday on you tube. I was drawn to you because I've been wearing my protective style of choice , my wig n that same red. Not the same brand though. I've been natural for three years. I've never liked any of the natural styles for myself, until I saw your jumbo twists. They are fabulous. You make it look so easy. I wish my hair was thicker so I could the full effect. My hair is about two inches shorter than yours in some areas. However, I did try the twists, they look nothing like yours, lol, but kinda descent. You are gorgeous and I love, love, love your attitude and your calmness. Your red hair looks like it is growing out of your scalp, so natural. I look foward to watching more of your videos. God bless.

Your hair length is about the same as mine...i always see videos of other women with hair much more longer than mines and it discouraged me from trying because i felt my hair was too short for a beautiful style like this...thank you for this video ...i now have a cute style i can rock when im going somewhere. Additionally, beautiful color I wish my hair can be colored. I can't color my hair because it will get very brittle and fall out. I've done it before when i was natural for 7 years and had to cut all my hair off and start over because the dye didnt agree with my hair. Yes I researched and done with other naturals had done before attempting to color my hair but my hair never agreed with chemicals thats why i went natural in the first place. God bless!

I like you because you're not the natural that's too picky to do certain things with your hair. Im the same way. I understand that some hair just cant handle certain things but for me, im not going to not try something new just because im afraid my hair might not handle something. I love your tutorials.

I was wondering about the brightness, too! I have used the brightest red I could find on the ends of my hair trying to create an ombre effect, but have yet to get them as red as I'd like them. lol

I love your hair and the styles. That red is awesome. What kind is it and how to you keep it from being damage. I wore red for three years and then had to cut it all off because of the damage. I'm 42 now and I'm missing my red hair. the grey has taken over. LOL
