Actually, it's not bannable on anything. Hi-rez won't do anything about it. Back in the day we were not allowed to do it in tournaments, so we tried never to do it to stop having bad habits
Afaik the only kind of roof abusing that might get you banned is on maps like trade district where you can stay forever without anyone ever getting to you, but even that I'm not sure about
