So am I the only one who’s always watching crime shows & podcasts while I’m cleaning cooking doing my assignments & etc..I should be a detective because I learned so much while listening to these true crime podcasts & shows 😭
2 murders, 1 attempted murder and she walks among us. Good old American justice for you. And if someone else is dumb enough to marry her, they deserve everything they get.
Of course she killed her husband. Nobody kills themselves using 3 bullets. Murderers unfortunately get to walk free daily if the prosecution leaves room for any doubt in the jurors minds. Sad the jurors couldn't agree she was guilty. The family deserved justice.
I greatly admire Cindy for her devotion towards her beloved dad. It's quite puzzling to me that a doctor wouldn't investigate such an extreme effect of prescribed meds to a patient and find 'overdosing' by other meds. The putrid murderer's house was like her 911 call - a mess. No trained medical person screams like a hysterical drama queen...and, of course' the feigned tears as she listened to herself. Groan. A farmer near my home town was trampled to death by his cows last month and there's no way the murderer's 1st husband died that way with only one foot impression. Strange his family didn't want his body exhumed. She got away with attempted murder; and likely the murder of her 1st husband. Picture perfect marriages do not have a husband having a baby with another woman. So she's free but she'll never get away.
Following her conviction, Raynella appealed for a new trial on the basis of *Judge Richard Baumgartner's judicial misconduct relative to his drug use* She cited the murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom case, which resulted in all of the defendants' convictions being overturned. *In the retrial special Judge Paul Summers* waited for all evidence to be presented and then *declared that insufficient evidence had been presented* that Raynella was the murderer and *did not permit the jury to decide the case*
Get real. 3 women are murdered by a husband/boyfriend EVERY SINGLE DAY in the United States alone. Google it. Just because men massacre women constantly and therefore it’s far more likely to hear about a man going away for one of those murders, does not mean men are held MORE accountable. 🙄🙄🙄
What in the world was in the defense experts testimony that they ever let this woman run around loose? With this information on 2nd husband and knowing first husbands toxicology said fatal dose of morphine I just can’t imagine finding any doubt in her guilt. She didn’t need gun powder on her hands or clothes
Wow, these small town investigations: three shots = suicide?! 😂🤦🏾♀️ Good on the step-daughter for fighting for her father! This woman was plain old evil 😈
@@gracemunich1476 around @9:00 they are CERTAIN the 2nd shot was the kill-shot... but they never make mention of WHERE the 3rd shot hit on him... just that it hit the bed or something. given that... the 3rd shot could have very well been the one that killed him and NOT the 2nd shot just the same. now if they have the be deceptive about the 'order' how can we be sure he didn't kill himself and miss the first TWO shots? surely the shots look from high above such as someone standing over him given the apparent trajectory... but how can they be sure the order? .. so if someone was to have murdered him... it could have been 1 2 or 3... and not necessarily the other two. i heard no mention of where the 3rd shot hit on his body... i just find it odd they never make mention of where it hit him IF AT ALL.
A prosecutor should be able to speak clearly and in a strong way. The gentleman in this case sounds like a junkie. I was from the beginning in doubt if he could win the case.

David was "working" on more than just the machinery.... he was "working" on her.

Had this been a man on trial he would be rotting away in prison!!

There wasn't anything, it was the jag-off judge who set her free because he's a moron. The jury were ready to convict again.
WTF does being a barber have to do with shooting yourself!?!?!?
Right!
They had a picture perfect life , until they didn’t.

Justice denied.
i never thought id say this but if there ever was an honest lawyer, fisher, the assistant da might be it.
Omg this evil selfish greedy woman is roaming free after 2 murders.. it’s sick..
Black Widow 🕷️ Syndrome plain n simple
Very soothing to know despite her being out, she got nothing! In the end, she lost even the "little money she had".
Well, all I want to say is keep an eye on her.
keep two eyes open on this raynella…..a murderer

This lady is a great and beautiful host.
She's guilty!

Evil woman!

😂😂 the judge was high on opiods and was committing bench crimes cannot trust judge also, she was lucky she slipped because of the judge
how could they have possibly known the ORDER of the shots? ... hmmmm
Each slot had a different type of bullet.
@@tekarock what do you mean "slots"? ... i don't recall them mentioning different bullets.
blood splatter? Plus, gun residue, and many others factors. please re watch. no one commits suicide with 3 shots….

How much did the three trials cost the taxpayer?
Why does ONE juror have the power to cause a mis-trial? Whatever happened to MAJORITY RULES!
Did she say "autotomic "?
think so…🤔
Lol, she meant AUTONOMIC, but I found that funny too
❤❤💯💯✔✔
Crazy..she looks like Florence Henderson from the Brady Bunch...yikesss
These old interfering women 😂
