Not a fan of Chipotle, honestly, I have a great authentic taco truck five minutes away that is cheaper and light years better. One detail I love is they use shredded cabbage instead of lettuce because it doesn't wilt. Kinda like with Chick-fil-A, I never understood the fascination, but to each his own. I like to get down on some dirty ass Taco Bell now and then, but unfortunately the one near me is so understaffed and it's a crapshoot if they're even open. Once I pulled up at 4:30 in the afternoon and they were closed. That's bush league.
