Hi there, of all the commentaries of vocal teachers in youtube i think you have a really good sense of musicality and understand each artist. Since you cant criticise the diction/language (which is think differs) but smartly you instead evaluated well every part of the song and technique used to show how it is done.
Oh yeah i have jay r's music in my playlist..he has so many revivavl songs in english..but his verison of say that you love me strike me so much that i even attempting to sing like him in videoke sometimes.

When it regards for the lyrics from Filipino to English translation well obviously there’s a massive difference on how it pronounce especially when it comes to ‘stresses’. These all includes how the artist manipulate the tone or prolong running voice, which I understand this can be a unique opportunity of the artist on how they crafted their album. Further, this cannot be fit for English language phonetics which I’m guessing this is what trying to imply for. The subtitles of the songs translated into English for the listener or audience to understand what’s the song is all about. While when the artist sing there song it fits of their language they used especially using their own language.

Nah mate, keep doing outdoors as that makes you stand out from different reactors other than the fact that you too can sing. No shades 😜 Also, I can hear and understand you perfectly so others should really need to fix it on their ends or send you some money to get a room and better recording equipments if they like lol. I wasn't gifted, so I had to figure out what I was missing, and gradually over the years I created this system of identifying what great singers are doing, based on the common skills they are executing.
