He has beaten a lot of Chinese top player , especially where he was the World No 1 . Now he is a little older like Ma lin or Wang hao . But he still plays on Top Level

I wish they'd go back to 38mm as the standard ball size. The 40mm ball was introduced just to slow the game down for spectators, which was a lousy reason.
While it does make the ball easier to spot (bigger), it doesn't slow the game that much. It creates longer rallies, which is good for the game. It's very ugly and difficult to watch a game decided mostly on serve and return.
I personally think Ma long played a lot better than Timo, because pretty much all of Timo's points was because of Ma Long fails. :) (Remember my opinion :) )
They do it to dry their hands. As the match goes on the racket handle gets sweaty and it's always preferable to have a dry racket to control shots better.
I enjoy the match very much but quite annoyed with the commentators who talked (loudly may I add) while the game was played. Love Ma long's topspin on forehand or backhand.
