One who sees inaction in action and action in inaction is intelligent among men, and he is in the transcendental position, although engaged in all sorts of activities.

The sense of eternal servitorship to Kṛṣṇa makes one immune to all sorts of reactionary elements of work.

1)Inaction in action can be done by keeping Krishna in middle of the activity. This way one can transform each and every activity into krishna consciouss activity.
2)karma is activities done injunction with vedic Scriptures and are of due to ones sense gratification with attachment.
Vikarama is the activities done against to vedic scriptures and these are also done due to one's sense gratification and with attachment.
But akarma is work done for the pleasure of Krishna and there is no self sense gratification... This freeds one from this material world.
