  • Food plots are the best way to attract and hold deer on your property. But if they are located in the wrong area, they can actually hurt your parcel. This video shows our approach to a property and actually removing a food plot that just didn’t work because of its location.

We are hunting on a lease. There is only so much we can do. But I have learned a lot from you. Bought buckwheat from you last fall, going to plant this summer. Thanks for sharing.

John, I have your clover and chicory blend in the blocks ready for later this year. I plan to roll/ knock down rye I over seed in the existing clover last fall. Then, spray existing medium clover plots with Clethodem, later overseed with your blend. Besides standard fertilization, (PH is good) is there anything else I should do. Maybe roll or cultipack in the new seed?

What's on big open spot of your property on the board? More pine and timber? Just curious!
