    13# ginger.1 inch piece.
    14# bay leaf.1.
    15# black cardamom.1.
    Baghar Preparation
    1# cooking oil.1/4 cup.
    2# white cumin seeds.1 tsp.
    3# funnel flowers.2 pinches.
    4# karry leaves.6 to 8.
    5# red chillies.3.
    6# garlic cloves.5 to 6.
    Rice Preparation
    1# rice.1 cup
    soaked for half hour.
    2# water.2 cups.

    5# karry leaves.5 to 6.

    7# cinnamon stick.1.

    Serve with pickle.chatni etc.
