I saw them live opening for Voivod in Athens at the Temple 11/28/22 and their sound was full of reverb and a constant whining distorted pitch. I don't know whether their sound gear sucks, if the sound engineer for the venue sucked, maybe they didn't do a sound check, etc. but Voivod sounded much better. I couldn't hear anything the vocalist to Exarsis said. Overall it was disappointing jumble of buzzing noise and the vocalist kept trying to motivate the crowd but they never got much of a reaction. If they could have sounded like in this video the crowd would likely loved them. But their shit wasn't together.
I'm listening to the new album, I've been looking forward to it and I'm loving it. Very good. Congratulations! Exarsis is one of the best bands today. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
