Real Talk with Anele Season 3 Episode 35 - Zwai Bala
Вставка
- Опубліковано 22 тра 2017
- Our guest today hails from the dusty streets of Kwa-Nabuhle outside Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. He knew from a very young age that music was what he was meant to do and made history as the first black member of the famous Drakensberg Boys Choir during apartheid. He was one of the members of the trio TKZee which first broke onto the big-time music scene in 1997. Mzwandile “Zwai” Bala has since launched a solo career in gospel music and his obvious love for music seems to have come full circle as he is also a musical director, composer, songwriter, arranger, teacher and public speaker

Zwai Bala needs to write a book. there's too much going on in his brain that whichever interview will never be enough.
Thembisa this guy went through a lot at a very young age I totally agree with you girl
Zwai is the true Mastermind of music. A gem South Africa and the rest of the works is yet to appreciate.💎
I now understand why Melanie fell for this guy....he is incredible!
But they are now divorced
Hey this is a genuine real real talk Zwayi is so natural himself no fake at all I just like him for who he is. His approach in answering questions and his response in narrating his story he is damn good. unguye in his skin and he is content he lacks nothing in his personality...So genuine maan qha...Very discipline and responsible good personality I'm proud of you Zwayi. Thanks for lifting the Eastern Cape flag high you have represented this poor province yet produced powerful legends. talented people. Thanks Zwayi keep it up brother God and your Ancestors bless and protects you in this industry yomculo

Awesome Zwai🙌🏻🙌🏻. Now i’m nostalgic
This was such a enlightening and fun interview. I honestly expected Zwai to be boring, but to my pleasant surprise... he's something else! New found appreciation.
Pumza Mlondi Zwai had always been an incredible inspiration. Starting from being the first black boy to be part of drunkensberg choir during those tough apartheid times and among South African musicians he managed to get a scholarship to study music in Scotland came back and brought classical western music sounds into kwaito music.
He made me cry when spoke of his beautiful wife❤️
Thembi Skosana

Definitely one of the best interviews Anele has done. Top Faves, the interview with Dr Mampela Rampela and now this one with Zwai. And of course Julius Malema! Malema's interview really served to humanise him.
