You have to do this more often. Every victim of arrest/torture should give a written statement of their ordeal which is catalogued and filed with all the names and details of the torturing/arresting officers, followed by a public statement and the filing of court action for torture, unlawful arrest, detention and infringement of constitutional rights.
The more written/public statements and court actions, the more pressure on M7/NRM. And M7/NRM will know that their actions of impunity are catalogued and publicized to Ugandans and the international community. That eventually, they will all be held to account. The pressure will mount on them. Keep it up. Publicize as many incidents of unlawful arrest/torture as possible.
