Oriental Wind by mr Hisaishi comment please ^^ / nomyo For everyone who like beautiful music , if you want to speak to me , here my msn adress ;): nomyocontact@hotmail.com
In William Goldman's novel "The Princess Bride," the title "Wizard" is given to an artist so great that not even the title "Master" can begin to describe their incredible skill. Truly Hisaishi is a wizard of music.
It sounds really nice. I liked the intro the most with that cello (dunno the instrument) playing in the beginning. I also like the transition into the xylophone and then the jazzy beat.
Every time I'm in a bad mood or have reached a new low point this piece just inspires me. It gives me faith to keep going. Thank you Joe, you are a gift to the world :)
when he smiles, it makes you smile and it just makes the piece even more beautiful and a little more special than it already is, if that's even possible....Hisaishi,please come and do a concert in London....please!!!!
One year ago, I was able to attend to one of his concerts. It was my dream come true. Now I can die in peace, for I have met the master that makes me travel with his music
Look at him - as soon as the song ends 5:30 he smiles like a fool cause he knows they just nailed it! This song is awesome - excellent rhythm with almost no percussion, tons of powerful & unconventional chords - i think Mr. Hisaishi really loves this song because he keeps moving with it.
That was magnificent!! Also what I really loved was how Joe was smiling like mad at the members of the orchestra at the end of the song. He's such an inspiration!
Beautiful composition, energetic, and fused with passion. Trademarks of Mr Hisaishi's music. The most interesting thing here, is how all the various instruments were incorporated to compliment one another in symphonic harmony. Absolutely brilliant!!
He's like a fountain of inspiration, creates a dance with the instruments, its more than beautiful, should be a great person, amaizing, thank u very much for this.
oh my god seriously this guy is the most awsomeo thing ever he deserves every penny he makes. We can never let this guy die, he should live forever to make movie soundtracks.
One of the most incredible pieces of music i have ever listened to. classic, yet modern. i listen to mozart, beethoven, tool and other stuff...but this really impresses me!!!
I do hope he compose a song along kitaro, since both of them embrace the essence of life, his gentleness with kitaro wildness shall be able to bring us surprise beyond our expectations.
Wonderful music! Instantly comes to my mind the figures of Masahiro Motoki and Rie Miyazawa playing the lovely couple of the Iemon Green Tea TV AD series. Such a ingenious and emotional TV AD, rare nowadays in Japan. I guess you could compare it to the JR's Christmas Express ADs.
I lived in Asia for 3 years and every time i hear this piece i can see the sakura trees moving with the wind... the beautiful forest view.... the blue sky with big clouds the tradicional houses ...
*drool* he is my musical shrine figure =P my mom, my best friend and her mom and i are all joe addicts. thanks for posting and fueling my addiction! Saymorewords
omfg, any of his songs!!! there was one that really brought a tear to my eye... what was it... totoro!! the theme and 'wind forest'. mainly because the movie made me cry. it made my mummy cry too ahha. and yea, alotta the spirited away ones!! this one made me almost cry more because it makes me not wanna play it
...goosebumps....my gosh...I REALLY REALLY LOVE this music...and all though in a different arrangement, I like it as the theme of a korean period drama called Tae wang sa shi gi...
Yo Yo Ma was born in Paris in 1955. He is of Chinese descent (father from Shanghai and mother from Hong Kong). The family moved to the US when he was 7.
日本の豊かな四季の変化を、曲として美しく表現しているように感じます。

This man's music is as special and beautiful as his smile after he preforms, live long Hisaishi, we need you!
歌詞がないのに、こんなに心揺さぶられるなんて。歌詞がないからいいのかな。
