@ mr. sourav sengupta are you sure that this bandish is in rupak and not vilambit teenthal because someone else here has written that this bandish is in vilambit theenthal. and please keep in mind that rupaktal is a 7 beat cyclye. it is a very short cycle. sam and khali fall on the same beat. it is a taal that is used in semi classical pieces and lighter pieces like bhajans, and maybe some madhyalay/drut compositions. So i am not about this. I will have to check with my guru on this.
@@pallavisreetambraparni6995 Yes I'm positive it is roopak. I've actually heard bandishs in vilambit roopak too, its is rare but people do sing in roopak vilambit also FYI this is not vilambit roopak either.
@@pallavisreetambraparni6995 This is definitely in Roopak taal of 7 beats. If you count the beats, you will find that the sam falls on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th beats and so on.
To do correct improvisation, alap, bolalap, sargam, thaan, swar badath, and ornamentations like meend, murki, gamak, katka and others it takes alot of dedication, practice and a proper guru to guide and teach the proper techniques to show these things properly
All of this is kind of helpful to learners of hindustani classical vocal music as to how to properly sing and gives an idea of a framework of how it should be sung for people like myself.
In anthara 2 , punditji expresses the first word of the first line "naava". He does some variations here. He then expresses the first word of the second line " paratha" and does some variations there. Finally punditji does some variations at the line "mili soor samudra shyamahee"

Pretty sure most if not all listeners of classical music consider Ajoy ji as Pandit. Not sure where you got your information, but I can assure you that source likely isn't right.

Panditji's music is beyond one lifetime. It seems like he put in lifetimes of sadhana since he had many things naturally in his voice and gayaki🙏🙏🙏
The peace you achieve on listening to Indian classical music cannot be described in words.
Panditji pours out divinity into every single note he sings🙏🙏🙏❤️🙏🙏🙏
सुन्दरतम,मधुरतम,ह्रदयस्पर्शी व आनन्द दायक गायन।कोटि कोटि प्रणाम।
