I use wooden beads with a small hole so they don't move..at the back, i tie over hand knot by taking it through the upper part of the owl (with the help of a crocket hook)..so basically the ring is attached to the upper knots at the back side of the owl..and then i cut extra cords and apply glue if needed. I hope it helps !
Thank you for this tutorial. I have a question- your materials list says to use 4mm cord, but your video says it's 3mm cord. Will 4mm work? I already cut my cord. 😕
If I'm saying 8×3m i.e eight cords of 3 metre each( folded into two equal parts and hung on the dowel as shown in the tutorial) So each cord is measured in metres, only the hanging cord is in centimetres .. Wooden rings diagonal is 4 centimetre Hope it helps😊

what do you do with the eyes to attach them so that they "stand still"? And what do you do with the cords behind the eyes?

So, at the bottom, they are not fixed, right? Only above?
@@katjacasar4283 sometimes i stitch them with thread at the bottom..you can stitch the eyes with thread if they are not looking at place..
