Depends. If you're just after an aged, peated malt I would argue something like the Ledaig 18 yr old offers far better value. If, however, like me you are a huge fan of the Ardbeg profile and want the extra complexity, nuances, and mouthfeel of an older age statement, then the Traigh Bhan (to me) is absolutely worth the premium. As usual, ymmv.

No. It comes across as much younger than a 19 year old. Save yourself £180, and buy a bottle of Ledaig 18 instead.
